Only the capacity of people stated for the type of Hot Tub hired can use the tub at any one time
The Hot Tub can only be used at the location it was booked for
The filter is to be removed, rinsed and replaced at least once per day. This is important for your health and safety
An outside tap is the most suitable source of water, however a kitchen tap may be used to supply pre-heated water
Please note that we do not stay with the Hot Tub whilst it fills, therefore any flooding or damage caused by water within your home or garden is your responsibility
If you feel unwell at any time you must stop using the Hot Tub immediately
We suggest a time limit of 20 minutes per Hot Tub session with breaks in between use. If individuals remain in the hot tub for more than 20 minutes, users increase their risk of heat-related illness and injury, such as heart attack, stroke or in severe cases; brain damage
It is advised that you keep hydrated at all times whilst using the Hot Tub
An adult MUST be present at the time of delivery to fully understand all the controls and chemical instructions
When not in use; the Hot Tub cover MUST be in place and securely locked at all times in the interest of safety. This also helps reduce the loss of heat and helps maintain the effectiveness of the chlorine, which will keep your water cleaner for longer
We may cancel all or part of your hire at any time, for reasons beyond our control. Such as, but not limited to; if the weather is unsafe for Hot Tub and / or gazebo use.
We will always be reasonable in such circumstances and work with you to ensure your payment will be returned to you covering the part of service that was not delivered
Please be aware there is always a small chance that chemicals may cause discolouration to swimwear, however, we do not take responsibility for this
We strongly advise not to use the Hot Tub whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Owners do so at their own risk.
